To our patients,
Not surprisingly, we have recently received numerous inquiries regarding our ongoing availability. To allay any concerns, I wanted to let everyone know that we are still open and will continue to provide services during this ongoing period of uncertainty while our country is dealing with efforts to control the spread of COVID-19.
In our endeavor to maintain optimal care for our patients, I wanted to review policies we have adapted to provide for everyone’s safety. We would ask for the following considerations:
Any patient with a fever, cough, or respiratory problems should ask to modify their appointment to a telemedicine consultation.
Patients with any symptoms who are scheduled for in-office therapies should postpone their appointment until their symptoms have been resolved for 72 hours (Per CDC guidelines).
We remain hopeful that a return to normal function will be realized in the near future. A recent White House press briefing suggested that may be as early as Easter. Hopefully, that estimation will prove accurate.
Please reach out to us with any questions. In the meantime, enjoy healthy carryout and some quality family time.
In these trying times, I promise not to lecture anyone about eating too many carbs or not exercising since the gyms are closed anyway!
Blessings, Dr. Guyer
