Fatigue

The one issue that probably plagues more people than any other is a lack of consistent, restful sleep. Our lives have become so busy that sometimes we feel there isn’t enough time in the day to do all that we need to do! Sleep is usually the first thing we cut back on to accomplish more.

There are several things that can help us to relax and improve our sleep habits. Eating a balanced diet, exercising, meditation, setting up and sticking to a bedtime routine, among other things, can be very beneficial to our sleep quality. But sometimes that may not be enough. The Supplement Store at The Guyer Institute offers different supplements to aid people in getting to sleep, and more importantly, staying asleep throughout the night.

GABA is a natural alternative to sleep-aids found at most drugstores. It helps the body relax and ease into sleep, without the next day’s fogginess and drowsiness.

Melatonin occurs naturally in the body and can be depleted by some prescription medications, as well as with age. Our body’s hormones, including melatonin, are vital in maintaining our circadian rhythms, which are essential to several biological functions. Melatonin is essential for a healthy immune system and slows the aging of the body.

TranQ is an herbal blend that aids in falling asleep, and sleeping throughout the night. It is a good adjunct therapy for people with chronic sleep issues. TranQ can help you get the rest you need, and to wake up feeling rested and refreshed!

The staff at The Guyer Institute is here to help make a positive difference in the daily lives of our patients and customers. We have a knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist you and answer any questions you may have regarding our nutritional supplements, and to help determine which supplements are right for you.
